How to request closure

Send an email to privacy@distilledintellect.ai with the subject line “Invoak Account Closure Request” and include:

• the email address associated with your Invoak account, and
• (optional) a brief note about why you’re closing the account.

Sending the request from the email address on file helps us verify it’s really you and lets us act on the request faster.

What happens next

We’ll acknowledge your request, verify your identity if needed, and close the account and delete or anonymize the associated personal information within thirty (30) days. We’ll confirm by email once the closure is complete.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and accounting. Any retained information is held separately and is not used to contact you or rebuild your profile.
