These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of distilledintellect.ai(the “Site”), operated by Distilled Intellect Inc. (“Distilled Intellect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of our individual products is governed by each product’s own separate terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Distilled Intellect and its products. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any data we hold;
interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
use any automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access the Site in a manner that materially burdens our infrastructure; or
copy, redistribute, or republish content from the Site except as expressly permitted under Section 2.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the “Distilled Intellect” name and mark — is owned by Distilled Intellect Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but no other rights are granted absent our prior written permission.

3. Products and External Links

The Site may describe or link to our individual products, each of which is governed by its own terms (for example, the Invoak Terms of Service apply to the Invoak application). The Site may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and providing such a link does not imply endorsement.

4. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated, changed, or removed without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distilled Intellect Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
